I found a GREAT web browser called Neoplanet.   I've known it for a while, but havn't tried it until recently.  You can customize it the way you like, it fixes up errors automatically, and is super fast.   I have opened an FTP account, and I will be opening a download for Neoplanet shortly.

A lot of SE's pages have been deleted.  This is because of low activity in those areas.

I have fixed up the problem with the US national weather applet.
